This listing is for a legendary Kramer Ferrington electro-acoustic guitar. The back plate reads Neptune, New Jersey (USA). Serial number is FB 7790.
This guitar is amazing as an acoustic, but I feel it really shines when you plug it in. The 'Active Tone Booster' really is a 9V battery powered pre-amp, and it has a lot of character. It has three controls: volume, bass and treble.
The guitar itself has a few scratches here and there, nothing too crazy though. Also, a part of the head is chipped, but it's only a cosmetic issue and does not affect its functionality. The action is perfect, and everything is original.
The active tone booster works like a charm, which is extremely rare when dealing with those guitars nowadays. All you need to do is put a brand new 9V and you're good to go!
Feel free to make an offer! I professionally pack all of my listings and since this guitar is very fragile, this one won't be the exception!

I would love to get some help from the knowledgeable people here. Kramer Guitars emerged in the 1970s as one of the first successful upstarts to challenge Gibson and Fender as a world-wide leader in manufacturing quality electric guitars and basses. Kramer’s association with guitar virtuoso Eddie Van Halen early in his career gave Kramer a global reputation for creating unique guitars with custom features including the sophisticated Floyd RoseTM tremolo.
